"I booked this hotel seven months in advance, primarily to watch the Giro. When we arrived at the hotel, we found it was closed for the season. We missed the Giro and had to scramble for a room. They wasted a day, and the primary purpose, of my vacation. Then it took me a month to get my money back because they apparently ignored Travelocity's attempts to contact them. "We absolutely loved staying at Adler! I'd definitely return for a visit someday. The spa was fabulous, the service was wonderful, everyone was incredibly friendly, the amenities were top notch, and the breakfast was delicious. I was really impressed with the aesthetic, cleanliness, and overall service. If you're looking for an accessible and luxurious place to stay- walking distances from the lifts, this is it. "

"Terrible hotel. Don’t stay here. Checkin stated as from 3pm. Room not ready till 5pm even when travelling with two small children. Hotel staff told me that our room could be available from 3pm and it was their choice when it would be available - it took me getting rather frustrated for 10 minutes before they said that they apologised. Room quality really poor, food really poor, hotel al tired and staff overall poor. Don’t stay here"

"Hotel is good, front desk is great...they do their best to help. Breakfast was really nice... We had three rooms in two days... First room...wrong bed arrangement. Second room ...a hummer noise with the heater after the first night and the hotel DID NO HAVE any maintenance support available and it was a Friday.
