"This was our first time to Branson. The hotel had a pleasant atmosphere, but we faced issues on our first night. The toilet didn't flush properly due to a loose handle which we fixed by opening the top and tightening the handle. We received four wooden tokens for two seasonal drinks each evening, but when we ordered Mistletoe drinks, the waiter said the tokens were only valid for a "polar" drink that wasn't on the menu nor mentioned. We arrived at 6:45 for Christmas dinner, they were out...

"Property was very nice and quiet. Well kept and nice scenery. The room we had was clean and had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. I would recommend the property owner remove the dated shag carpet and put in some type of hardwood floors. Also, the couch and matching chair in the living room area is dated and appeared soiled. The bed was not a queen as advertised. It was a full. So sleeping with my husband was difficult. The Kleenex and toilet paper was rough. Sorta cheap. ...

"This place is SO cute!! Love all of the different room options, amazing view, beautiful gazebo and firepit area, nice little common area/game room, and a lovely and delicious cafe in the center. Our room was very spacious, had a separate seating area with a full size couch and large TV, good size bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub (though was a little disappointed to see it was a little dirty and had hair in the drain, so we opted not to enjoy the tub), had a king size bed with a fireplace at the foot...

"I love that is right off the strip. Shopping and restaurants are very close by. Routes around the strip are very close by. Love the property, pretty quiet for the most part. Employees are great. "

"The front desk and breakfast staff was extremely helpful and efficient. The facility is laid out nicely however it is in serious need of a refresh such as new carpet and new couches at least the two rooms that we rented both needed it. Also, we did not request one of the rooms to be cleaned and they never cleaned the second separate room the entire week and when we ask about it, they said they were linked together, which makes absolutely no sense because they were two separate rooms and the one...
