"We walked in an apartment with dust and dirt on the floor, mould behind toilet door, mould on kitchen glass tray. They said this apartment was closed for some time. Housekeeping staff should be trained to check on details. Would not recommend for families who are particular about cleanliness. The management needs to take feedback seriously without giving excuses for lapses."

"Good central location in Colombo with at least two shopping centers nearby - one block away from the sea but there is no real beach there. You can still go enjoy the sunset. The room was ok for - quite large for its price, reasonably clean, but definitely required some maintenance in the bathroom. I stayed there for a day-long layover (6am to 11pm) between the flights: needed something inexpensive, central location, private bathroom and free wifi + ability to sleep for a couple of hours. "The people were all very friendly and the room was good and quite clean. The kitchen on the 1st floor, however, was pretty gross and could use with some attention. Nice that they have parking, although it is quite limited. There’s a couple of working lifts and a nice view from the 7th floor. Very close to Pettah Market and only about a 20 minute walk to the Dutch hospital. "

"First of all , the price of the hotel for what you get is ridiculous. The room was so outdated and no window to open for ventilation so therefore smelt awfully damp and was off putting whilst trying to sleep on the terribly, uncomfortable , lumpy , unclean bed , never slept on a bed as uncomfortable in my life. The TV did not work , the air conditioning was so loud I thought a plane was landing on the roof. The bathroom smelt like the sewers and looked like it hasn’t had an update since 1952....
