"They gave me a very dirty room with 3 single beds...when I asked for a clean room they told me that all the rooms were busy and that they would look for something else for me. "We wasted over 3 hours trying to find this place with our GPS. The reason turned out to be an in accurate address posted online by the hotel !! We had to stop twice for local help. After the first good samaritan's programming of our GPS lead us on a wild goose chase and it was darkand we were starving we went into La Speza, had dinner and paid anothe rgood samaritan to call the hotel to clarify where they were REALLY located.
