"Die Unterkunft so ist okay, die Lage prima. Nach Pisa, Florenz, Lucca ca 1Std Autofahrt, Strände 20 min. entfernt. Nach einem Zimmerwechsel (1 Zimmer lag direkt an der Straße) war es auch ruhiger, dafür sehr klein, aber es gibt eine kleine Terrasse, einen sehr schönen Pool und eine kleine Liegewiese. "We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful hotel. Pool area was nice and clean with mountain view. Rooms could be more modern, a little old fasioned but also clean. Loved the fan (works great without any noise). Looooved the balcony and spectacular mountain views. Enjoyed our dinner at the restaurant with nice music and again moutain view, food was lovely, delicious ice cream. The most beautiful sunset! But.. very poor food selection for breakfast.. "

"Great Ambiance- even though our room (“Biba”) 3rd floor window at knee height. Property not good for someone who cannot climb stairs. Food and service excellent! Would stay there again- great location relative to all to see in Barga and driving Tuscan countryside. Nice comfortable pool with nice chaises. Good value as excellent breakfast included. We couldnt find much info on hotel on internet but it turned out to be a real gem"

"The hotel itself is not too bad, acceptable I`d say but the staff is the worst I have ever seen. The absolute lack of education and customer service is astonishing, to the point that they don`t answer your salute or aren`t able to indicate where the room is.
