"4th floor rooms have been modernized. Great Breakfast. Old town Udine is about a 10 minute walk away. Train station nearby but never heard any noise. There's a nominal fee for parking in an interior courtyard lot."

"Stopped here while on business many times . Very convenient to udine center and easy access to train station and bus services. No frills hotel. But does what it does well. Could do with some moderate redecorating. But does not stop me from staying there and already planning my next stay in the new year"

"Dependence rooms are spacious and well suited for a family. However, the room got very hot at night - no air conditioning - which meant leaving windows open to blow through. Ordinarily this would be fine but beware of noisy guests arriving back late at night and speaking loudly early in the morning. "

"The hotel is definitely punching above its weight considering it’s an old concrete structure with dated furnishings. It’s looking dated but the service is excellent, everything worked, nothing was broken, the room was cosy and staff were very friendlg. "

"No parking although promised, restaurant closed on Saturday evening, room like in a youth hostel, but price over hundred US-Dollars. Absolutely disappointing. "

"Amazing place to stay. The Food and the ranch property were the highlight of the stay. Horses, cows, lambs, chickens and more were all on the property. Lot of room to just stroll along the grounds. Nice pool with a bar. The food was fantastic. The staff, including the owners were very attentive and helpful. They made us feel like family. The rooms were nothing special but they were clean and had a really nice balcony with grape vine roof. The gardens were beautiful and relaxing. We will be back....

"Staff was most helpful with limited english. Translating the menu at dinner. The apartments was extremely clean, very well maintained. We chose this hotel for proximity to family, and were surprised to have such renovated apartment. Would definetely stay again. Only disappointment the continental breakfast was a bit sparse, still very good."
