"Unbelievable bad service. From check-in to have someone hitting my door very strongly and opened it at 8 AM. I was sleeping naked. They banged very strongly and never allowed any time to respond before opening the door. I pushed it back and locked it. It was an awful way for someone to wake me up. I had trouble sleeping and meetings with Asia and needed to drive long hours. I couldn't fall asleep again. It was unsafe for me to drive. I had to make so many stops for coffee and washing my face....

"New hotel, functional, next to a shopping centre and close to the main road in and out of Campos. Very convenient . No ot a luxury botel but very convenient for the purpose "

"Cama confortavel, staff acessivel e simpatico, cafe da manha otimo, mas infelizmente o hotel é antigo e precisa muito de renovação e modernizacao. O ar condicionado esta em pessimas condicoes sem protecao externa onde pombos podem entrar. Ha muitos quartos vazios no andar em reforma, onde os pombos tbm entram e se alojam, fazendo com q a higiene do local seja questionavel . "

"Only notified there was no electricity AFTER ckin and signed documents. Smelly pillows, dirty bathroom and annoyed employees. If I knew electricity would be out until 6 pm would have opted for a different hotel, since ckin was extremely misleading "
