"I had an accident right before check-in. The staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. No English but they were able to communicate using Google translate. They did everything to make me as comfortable as possible. "

"The best part of this stay was that it was close o the airport and has a shuttle. The front reception and staff are very friendly and helpful. The bed linens were very nice as well as the towels in the bathroom. There are steps to get to the rooms and the rooms are very basic with no fridge in the room. Going from room to room there are many uneven thresholds so really need to watch your step."

"The staff at the hotel were absolutely perfect. They did everything they could to make sure that we got around safely that we knew where everything was that we had all the amenities that we needed. They really were so good to us! The space was perfect for two adults with a refrigerator and good closet space and a safe. The neighborhood is also perfect with two blocks from terrific shopping. The location near AEP airport is perfect. And the cost of rooms is great. I didn’t have time to use the spa area but the services looked very nice If you’re vegan, do not order the standard breakfast, not worth the $, there wasn’t anything I could eat.
