"Our stay was great! The reservation officer and receptionist gave us a good welcoming. Hotels.com was charging us so much more for rebooking but when I called and emailed the hotel, they gladly waived the fees being a local resident and Christmas spirit. They were kind enough to free us of extra charges amounting to P1,699.00 for rebooking.
