"Location was beautiful but when i requested for a room with a view the receptionist said its all the same view and i ended up viewing the parkin lot and a some scenery. When booked the The description said 'access to near by indoor pool' but the hotel responded no pool access Would like to get a clarity on it "

Kettle was provided when asked for it with plastic glasses ( in place of cups) and no coffee sachets. Engaged with Receptionist on duty and final position was : hotel does not provide coffee sachets and I will have to order coffee from restaurant. Bathroom shower is not easy to use.
