Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The property does not run the expedia listing, do not reserve a room here. Once we arrived they told us we don’t work with expedia or any online place. Staff wanted to charge us again for the room which I already paid for, one member was kind enough to provide a room, but the bedhseets were smelly, bathroom was cold. No shampoo or other amenities provided except bar of soap. The newly provided bedhseets were stained and had holes. The mattress had blood on it. Terrible experience. Expedia support also was not helpful with refund, they only provided 20$ gift card. Poor hospitality, Not recommended at all.
