"Great price for the location and room. We stayed in one of the top floors and the room was well kept and comfortable. Decoration is lacking (it’s very plain) but that’s not why we picked this hotel. The location is ideal for visiting London by foot. There is a 24h Tesco 2 mins away. The luggage drop off service is also very handy and well organised. If you get a good deal, I would definitely recommend booking this place. Saw some bad experiences in the reviews but everything went super smoothly...

"Clean and modern, nice shower. Very convenient to T2 and just a 5 minute walk from the arrival area. Only thing not clear is that the bedside plugs have switches that need to be turned on if you want to charge your phone. We arrived late and I did not check, only to discover in the morning that my phone had not charged. If you are then in a rush in the morning and you phone didn’t charge, it can cause a bit of stress. So don’t make the same mistake."

"Close to the airport and a convenience store was next door. The staff were all exceptionally friendly. It looked like someone had spilled a coffe or tea on the carpet. They may have no noticed due to the pattern in the carpet. The rest of the room was very clean and tidy."

"Modern eclectic eco friendly hotel close to the tube. Nice big room and very comfortable queen bed in the standard double room. Lots of options for food nearby, even late. Self serve tea/coffee service on each floor was kind of awkward to have to leave the room, quite loud and was glad not to have a room near the machine. "We stayed here for one night as we had a early flight at 6:45 next day. we took the Pod transfer to Terminal 5, it was a bit pricey but it was convenient especially in the early morning. The property itself is a bit old and tiring. However it was clean in general."
