"Las personas de servicio del hotel como el restaurant el transporte y limpieza son muy amables, pero el staff del from desk tienen muy mala actitud, lejos de ayudar al huésped te ponen mala cara como si nos estuvieran haciendo un favor. Este hotel es uno de los más caros del Peru y por ese precio lo menos que queremos es recibir una sonrisa y que nos traten con amabilidad."

"Very comfortable beds, clean. I have no complaints, poor wifi and breakfast was weak but we had no problem with it. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and nice balcony, very friendly helpful staff. There is a restaurant just beside the hotel,El Mirado, to the left if you have your back to the ocean which is worth checking out, have to walk up a hill, well worth the walk. Not a lot of stir, bring a book."

"This place has a lot of potential but it's lacking in many areas. I give it 2.5 out 5 stars but with some easy fixes it could be 4 or 5 star stay. "When I arrived, I found that the hotel was not located on beachfront property as the website photos would lead you to believe. Furthermore, many of the rooms are located directly around an inner courtyard area in the hotel, and they are not closed up (only mesh netting over windows), meaning you can hear everything going on outside your room quite clearly and vice/versa. Furthermore, the day I arrived there was some small construction projects going on involving mallets and grinders, which...
