"Overall great experience. Found reception area a bit full on. Staff were very giggly and starey and the one with the red hair seemed to rule the roost a little bit. HOWEVER, all very pleasant staff and very accommodating. I would definitely stay again! Just avoid the German sausages as I don't know if they have ever seen a pig 🐷 "

"It was a nice hotel with clean, updated rooms. The staff were friendly. Although outside of the main town, you can definitely walk to it and the beach is only 100-200 m away. The breakfast was good and had lots of options. Overall nice stay."

"The room was alright. It was small but had everything that we needed and the AC worked well. You need a gold room to access the hot tub area which was not clear when we booked. It costs 10€ to get this access for normal rooms. When we were given access to the hot tub it was set to 74 degrees F and took 8 hours to get to a reasonableness temperature. Although this is not necessarily the hotels fault it was sad because it was rainy during our stay. We wished we would have stayed in Riva Del Garda...

"We loved this hotel! Just a quick walk into town (less than 10 minutes). They helped set up transportation with no issues from the train! Loved the balcony and retractable sun awning so we got to sit outside even when it rained or sun was strong! Pool and breakfast were also lovely! Bar was also good to order from when at the pool. Would definitely recommend and stay again "

"Having stayed in the area many times this is by far the best hotel we have found. The hotel is quiet but very accessible for Malcesine via either the tourist bus or public buses. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and was served on the terrace with amazing views. The pool bar served drinks, ice cream and a few sandwiches. Rooms were very clean. Only slightly odd thing was the balcony was shared which put us off sitting out on it but the site is big enough to not heed to. We will...

"Booked a night here last minute after staying for a week around Lake Garda. So glad we did! Everything from the check in to check out was excellent. Brilliant staff and we were greeted warmly. The carpark is just up the the road in a safe location. The hotel itself is amazing, very clean and comfortable with decor that my girlfriend just loved! The breakfast spread was incredible and the fact it was included in the price was a bonus. Genuinely one of nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in."
