Very warm, good facilitates and exactly what was needed. Plenty more that i didnt take advantage of such as the bar and restaurant but maybe another time."

"My stay was EXCELLENT. All the staff were very attentive, polite and very efficient. Their mannerisms really excelled. The food was fresh, hot and very well cooked and presented. I was even fortunate enough to witness Father Christmas Coming in the dining area with his sack of presents accompanied by his elf where he gave each and every guest a gift and we had a little sing along. Such a lovely experience and it really made my day. Now I am no spring chicken - let’s say majority of the guests...
