"Only here overnight from a trip to canada. Found the place to be nicely festive for christmas holidays and easy to access the chalet with family of five. Late arrival was no issue and just in time to order for dinner before the 9pm closing time. Chalet was nice, seemed like a great view of schroon lake. Basic clean chalet with everything youd need for a few days stay. We definitely will plan to come back to stay and explore adirondacks. Only issue was no hot water...yes not a great thing for...

"Kevin and Scott were warm friendly hosts. They were very accommodating and served up a delicious breakfast to our liking. The inn itself is a very old and interesting place to stay. The place has an EV charger right on the premises which we were allowed to use at no charge making for stress free travel. Loved the old bar where drinks were available for purchase in the evening. "What a truly great experience. Having been in Keene Valley in the same house 50 years ago, it was a pleasure to see it being cared for and run and such a beautiful way. Kelly, the manager, couldn’t have been More delightful. Preparing breakfast and always there for questions or advice on where to go out to dinner or tge next mountain to climb.. It was a perfect weekend and I’m looking forward to going back thank you Keene valley lodge."
