"We arrived around 9am and waited in line to check in. it was my daughters 15th birthday and the hotel clerk was an older lady. She was complaining that she had to type in my information in the computer because I made a reservation through Hotels.com. Then my credit card wouldn't go through and swiped it like 4 times. Finally a gentlemen came over to help. I asked her if they did anything special for birthdays in the rooms and she said I'll try to do my best because she had to decorate another...

"After booking on your web site, where it stated that there was only one room left...we arrived to find that the property has NOT been open for months. We had to find a room, which was hard on a Friday afternoon. Also, we were worried that we would be charged for three nights in a place that was not open. The mail box was over flowing with mail, there was Xmas decorations still out. We are not happy at all."

"This is a wonderful adult boutique hotel. The food was great for breakfast and the room was a nice size. The room was very clean and having water for guest was much appreciated.its close to everything in walking distance, however away from the crazier hotels on the island. They have some bikes you can use to get around the island or across the street you can rent a golf cart. We will be back for sure. "

"Very nice property and comfortably slept 10 people. Great veiws at the waterfront property. Not RIGHT in town, but a quick golf cart ride to town center and other wineries and such on the island. We were in late fall so didnt get a busy summer feel, nor used the pool and stuff but it was very chill when we stayed. "
