"The hotel was in a great location, walkable to alot. The communication was poor. When asked about parking, they informed me an offsite parking was available and they had an agreement for 25/day, they didnt inform me which one. Thwy were more concerned about trying to book Excursions with them. They emailed all the time about excursions, talked about them at check in. And in the room. They put signs up everywhere about no food allowed to be brought in room, but dont inform u of that either. Which...

"The staff was amazingly helpful. The rooms were sparkling clean. We loved being near the square. We could open our window and here the sounds of people enjoying themselves. Plenty of shopping and dining at the base of the steps leading to the hotel."

"Hotel Nice provides great value for the money. It's bright, clean, and in a great area. The continental breakfast was very enjoyable--it's not a heavy breakfast, just pastries, coffee and juice, fruit, yogurt, etc. The staff is terrific! They speak English and know the area. The location was perfect for us too--it's only a block away from the railroad/bus station. This made day trips to Pompeii, Capri and Amalfi very easy. We definitely would stay there again if in Sorrento."

"Amazing view and location. No fridge which was frustrating. Could not check in early and when we came back at check in one of our rooms still not ready. Supposed to have a pool but it was closed could not use it. "

"Very good hotel! Even in the off season. When it says limited parking it does mean LIMITED as employees take up half the spots. You can still park for the same price and they will pick up your car and drive it to their extra lot, you just need to give them an hour notice if you want your car. "

"Hotel Del Mare has a fantastic location, just steps away from the beach and surrounded by some incredible restaurants, making it ideal for a relaxing seaside getaway. The proximity to the ocean and dining options added so much convenience and enjoyment to our stay. However, I did find myself wishing for a water refill station on the property. It would have been a simple yet impactful addition, especially for guests spending their days on the beach and needing easy access to drinking water....
