"I enjoyed my stay at the Waitomo Lodge. Lynn greated me with a great spirit and was very welcoming. My room was tidy and comfortable. Tea kettle and an assortment of teas in your room. A/C and heater both worked well. Breakfast in the morning was just what i neexex to start my day. Good string coffee, soft warm croissants and yogurt with fruit and granola. Dinner at Tomos was fantastic. Thank you Lynn for the recommendations. I had a solid nights sleep and a great visit to the area. "

"it was a really comfortable stay, staff were so helpful with the late check in process. easy to get too, heaps of parking. felt clean and safe definitely booking there again! "

" Well run motel. Good parking. Nice unit with functional kitchen and excellent, spacious bathroom. Very convenient to Waitomo Caves and Kiwi House. Could walk into town for meals."

"Love the room spacious, clean, must be a super king bed, very comfortable, the location as we went to watch rugby at the FMG Stadium very close within walking distance. Shower was perfect. Just the outside seems there are unsavory persons staying or living at this accomodation, during the early hours can hear an argument possibly drunk people, but went on all night. But will stay again only on the top floor."

"Property was really nice and quiet, surrounded by a lush forest. We enjoyed the continental breakfast, had a good variety. I would suggest more towel hooks in the bathroom. There was only 1 hook that held 2 towels. Also, only 1 chair in the room. Not comfy if you’re a party of two. I ended getting a chair from the dining area. Other than that, this was a nice relaxing stay for us."

"Property was nice but maybe a bit overrated and expensive for what we got. Eg captains chairs in lunge , rattan was worn and covered up. Not comfortable."
