He wasn't there when I checked in and I did find the staff that showed me to my room weren't as good, they didn't explain anything so I had to work it out myself! "Manager was very helpful and made every effort to meet our needs. Has laundry service available. Need to remember that not all toiletries are included, like shampoo. Only has stairs to all rooms. Convenient to have a kitchenette available with a few dishes. Bathroom and shower were clean and worked well. Overall a great stay for the price. "
