"Nice that they offer breakfast included on Expedia. The area around the hotel isn’t posh but we didn’t observe any criminality. Excellent security inside the hotel and parking was secure and affordable at 2€ per day. Oddly, the thermostat in our room was connected backwards - we had to put it to ‘heat’ to get a/c and had to turn it warmer to make it colder. "

"The mattress was comfortable enough but not when it overhangs the divan base by a huge amount such that you could fall off. The staff refused to acknowledge our complaint, dismissing it as normal to put a large double mattress over smaller twin bases. They even implied we had created the problem by moving the bases together ourselves. Terrible customer service! Generally the decor was tired and the room too small despite the Privilege category. "

"It was very difficult and confusing to figure out how to get into the building. Although I had already paid through Expedia, I had to pay again. The hotel's reseveration number and Expedia's reservation number are different and I was using Expedia's reservation number. "This is an adorable location in a quaint area. We arrived late in the evening and didn’t get to utilize the spa and pool, but they looked impressive. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitively recommend."

Nestled into the foothills overlooking the valley and sea the service, restaurant and experience was amazing! Wine tasting every day from 5:30-7:30 to take in the delicious vintages they produce. "Well appointed fairly modern hotel in central location. Had a rooftop jacuzzi steam room and seating area. Hotel offered breakfast at additional charge. Free on site parking was nice. It was a bit noisy at night from some neighbors but I don’t think that was typical occurrence."

"Up the hill, but nice get away from the quayside tourist spots. Nice, secluded pool in a quiet neighborhood. We're walkers, so the 10 minute trek down to the marina for food and drink was no big deal. In general Agde is pretty touristy - probably wouldn't stop here again. "
