"This has always been a hotel ive felt comfortable in and hopefully for many years to come . Ive been coming here each year 2 or 3 times , it's just in the right place for us ,an easy drive to the naga monument easy access to all the little restaurants we eat at and has a big C in walking distance 🙂 The large rooms are always clean and well kept with the upper floors having really good views over the countryside or town . Small breakfast is included with the room . Staff are always polite...

" Very good location & very close to the sacred phra that phranom but very rude and professional staff who initially did not provide a receipt for a cash payment when we booked an additional room. The staff reluctantly provided a receipt when we insisted on one but the information was very lacking that is no name, no details of what the payment is for & simply stated the total and cash. "Yeah, you have a beautiful view onto the Mekhong River and the Laos mountains, but it’s difficult to believe that this hotel is only 5 years old. Its design and choice of building materials make it look more like vintage 1970’s to 1990’s, and it’s condition (especially bathrooms) is already bad. The worst, however, are the mattresses. It might be equally comfortable to sleep on the floor as on the “hard-like-a-brick” bed. Would definitely not stay here again if/when coming to Nakhon Phanom again...

"Fantastic stay at the Hop Inn. A little bit away from the centre but The Loft bar/restaurant and Tesco Lotus are only 5 minutes walk away. New hotel. No need for a westerner to stay anywhere else. Manager is great to talk to and he speaks perfect English. Free coffee machine from 6am to 11am. Loved the cappacino. Loved our stay."

"The staff here were helpful and friendly. We got there much earlier than planned but they allowed us in the room before check in time. hotel had decent basic rooms with air conditioning, fridge and a wardrobe. The bed was comfortable enough. Bathroom and shower were ok. They is no lift in this hotel so be aware if you have mobility issues. They was good parking on site. No safe in the room. No coffee making facilities but they was a free coffee machine in the reception area which you could use...
