"Adequate"

"Yeah, you have a beautiful view onto the Mekhong River and the Laos mountains, but it’s difficult to believe that this hotel is only 5 years old. Its design and choice of building materials make it look more like vintage 1970’s to 1990’s, and it’s condition (especially bathrooms) is already bad. The worst, however, are the mattresses. It might be equally comfortable to sleep on the floor as on the “hard-like-a-brick” bed. Would definitely not stay here again if/when coming to Nakhon Phanom again...

The staff reluctantly provided a receipt when we insisted on one but the information was very lacking that is no name, no details of what the payment is for & simply stated the total and cash. Due to the hotel's unprofessional and rude staff and the lack of transparency in providing the receipt ...

"Still the best hotel in Sakon Nakhon. If you want to get a good room, then don’t take the Standard Room."

"The staff here were helpful and friendly. We got there much earlier than planned but they allowed us in the room before check in time. hotel had decent basic rooms with air conditioning, fridge and a wardrobe. The bed was comfortable enough. Bathroom and shower were ok. They is no lift in this hotel so be aware if you have mobility issues. They was good parking on site. No safe in the room. No coffee making facilities but they was a free coffee machine in the reception area which you could use...
