"I would never recommend anyone travelling to Dhaka to go stay there, the hotel smells of smoke and the room smells worse, the bathroom looks like a communal toilet the stains and the stench, no hot water either, stained bedding and towels. I would request all online providers to delist this property. They treated me like a criminal and I'm not used to this sort of service. Avoid at all cost people its a matter of health and safety. "Good hotel .Fair cost/facilities package. Good WiFi & restaurant but i did not use gym. Hotel is in very quiet police controlled diplomatic enclave not far from FrenchEmbassy. Hotel & rooms are clean & generally comfortable but bed is hard (like chinese 3*). Mattress quality needs improving. "The Rooms are tiny and smelly and dated. Requested to change room as was staying for a whole week and they asked for more money. Other guest that arrived later had better rooms. Reception staff is out to grouch you for money at every request. Had confirmed booking from expedia and was told they did not have the booking and it was cancelled- where in the desk clerk the night before confirmed that the room was booked for the extra night. "I stayed here on 02/03/2023 the pictures of the hotel itself looked great but the condition of the hotel is terrible and very deceiving. First of all, the AC unit was taped together with cellotape.
