"I paid previous night and received confirmation of booking from Expedia. I called 3 tomes on the way from Dhaka but not picked up by anyone. When I reached at noon, the resort people were telling there was no booking in my name. I showed the booking confirmation. But they kept my car waiting out side of gate and asking me to cancel the booking!! "We traveled 5 hours to get to this hotel. We got here very late into the night. At first we were so amazed by how beautiful the outside of the complex looked. Excited to have a relaxing time. But from the moment we entered the apartment it was a disappointment. We were greeted by a swam of mosquitos. We did not sleep a single night here.
