"Room was ok for our 2 nights, but would be small for longer stay of 4 persons. The biggest problem was access, we could not park near and even if we would have that opportunity, it would still mean to take all our baggage via 2 elevators plus stairs as it is built in steep hill. Receptionist was very friendly and went down to wait for us, otherwise we would not find it."

"Honestly, one of the worst places I have stayed in a while. Check-in was good and staff were helpful. However, from there it deteriorated quickly. The room was dated and very basic. No grill, no toaster, coffee machine was there but there was moldy coffee left in it. Walls had been repaired in a really poor way in places and the equipment was old and not clean. "Everything was great. The only problem was that the Expedia booking didn't go through although I did get a confirmation, from Expedia. Fortunately they still had a room available so we got in. It cost me an extra thirty euros though but I was too tired to make an issue out of it, especially as it was Expedia fault according to the receptionist. "

Great hotel that has a relaxed and fun atmosphere about it, games in the bar (chess, pool, checkers etc) Room was very big compared to other ski hotels, obviously the usual basic room but beds and pillows were good, room was warm and shower powerful.
