"I love the Aloft Plano and always stay at this location because it is so clean and perfectly maintained every time I visit. However, this visit not so much. When I went to checkout I was informed I would get a refund because I booked through Expedia. I reached out to Expedia and they tried to work with the property to get me a refund but couldn't make it happen. I was disappointed to learn I had to pay for a night that I did not stay at the hotel. "
