"We had the pleasure of spending 3 nights with Sylvia in her wonderful hotel. Sylvia welcomed us on arrival and gave us lots of information on Pinzolo and the area to allow us to make plans for our 3 day visit. We were given complimentary bus passes to be used in the area which made travel easy. Also Sylvia recommended some great restaurants for suppers. The daily breakfast buffet was filling and varied with fresh produce and great coffee. We left feeling like we were members of Sylvia's family....

"The hotel is very nice considering that it’s located in a very small town. The room was remodeled and clean. Spacious bathroom, hot shower and clean. Conveniently close to A22, near grocery store and restaurant. "

"Amazing location, spacious rooms with private balconies and the view is spectacular. the service was good and the staff were smiling. Will definitely return!"

"The hotel was very clean and had friendly staff. The beach was just 2 min walking distance which we really enjoyed and right across from stores, bars and restaurant. The beds were actually very small and not quite comfortable but besides that it was a pleasant stay."

"This is a very dated property. The trees are over grown. The lobby is dingy and feels very out of date. The flower boxes were all unwatered and dead. The breakfast service was quite limited and focused on doughnuts. The room had out of date linens and had electrical outlets falling off the wall. Unless you are desparate, there ar probably better places to stay like the Hotel Canada on the opposite side of town. "

"The location is perfect. And my only concern is that the room is not air conditioned. A fan would have solved the problem. It was wonderfully cool at night but, during the day, quite muggy, even with open windows."

Hotel Club Olivi is set just outside of Malcesine so is not so frantically busy as the other central hotels and has gardens to walk around and enjoy. Having seen a lot of the other towns around Malcesine on the north east of the lake this town was the nicest with narrow cobbled streets, lots of interesting shops, a small port and plenty of restaurants . "The weather is great, sunny all the time. free bikes so you can quickly get to the center. bicycle paths everywhere. room for 4 people is cramped and small. the fourth bed opens from the wall. between the beds with 30 cm of free space to go to the balcony. capsule coffee machine, unfortunately not refilled every day, so we drank a cup of coffee in one day. the rooms were clean, cleaned every day and towels were changed every day. large canteen, always free tables. the food was varied, a lot, but...
