My room was always and all on one floor.On-site restaurant and coffee shop were very good. Walkable to the river and night market, if you like a good walk. Taxi service to the same were quite inexpensive."

"The staff at Orchid Hotel are very kind and welcoming. They set up our room special for our honeymoon and provided a free cake as well, which was so nice. They were attentive and helpful with tips for things to do. The area around the hotel can be quite noisy at night, making rest difficult for light sleepers. The building itself is a bit stale and could use a refresh. We felt as though our 'Romance Room' did not match the photos here on Expedia. "
