"Our family had an excellent experience at the property. On the first day, our 4 year old fell off a bike and injured himself. My wife had to accompany him in the ambulance to the hospital. The hotel sent a vehicle to retrieve the bike, and had a driver follow to the hospital. Afterwards, they sent a taxi to transport us back to the hotel without charge. "It is not a five star hotel. If it was you would pay allot more. However for the price I feel that is was a pleasant stay. The friendly staff keeps the property clean and tidy. Wifi worked fine and there were plenty of options on the grab app to have food delivered to my room. My daughter loved the pool.
