"The hotel is in A-1 condition. The staff is friendly and professional. The shuttle service is high quality, and convenient. I will opt for the Holiday Inn - Steamboat again."

"Rooms for two need two relaxing, sitting chairs, not just one. Heat was not always adjustable but opening the outside door a crack at night helped. Extra charge for limited exercise facility is excessive. Reading lighting at bedside needs a switch closer to bed to alleviate getting out of bed to turn light on and off."
