"I understand that Ibis is a budget hotel, so I wasn't expecting luxury. However, not having basic amenities like a phone or TV in the room is quite surprising. If a guest needs anything, they're expected to physically go to the reception. I also needed to book a taxi to the airport, and the receptionist was extremely rude. "The one word that accurately sums up this place is "disappointing". The pictures were obviously taken with lighting that hid or obscured the poor condition the walls and parts of the house were in. The shower was so tiny that I had to use it hunched over almost 90 degrees. There were multiple sockets that were closed off with just duct tape, and the kitchen was in serious need of repainting.
