"The hotel has a great location, but bad management. The place is wrecked, everything is rusted and VERY old. The double beds are actually 2 single mattresses, so if you are a couple prepare to fall between the gap. There is no Wi-Fi in rooms or anywhere near them. You have to go to reception, and it's limited even at hours with no one around. Took me 15 mins each time to download emails. The staff are all really unfriendly/not helpful even if you speak Italian. You can't pay with cash but...

"Nice hotel with spacious rooms. Helpful staff but it was hard to communicate as they don't speak English. Lack of a restaurant is also a drawback as there are no restaurants in the neighbourhood."

"Restaurant was excellent- fantastic food even though the place was deserted. Only 3 tables out of over 20 for the whole evening. A quiet night maybe? Rooms are quite small and basic but have veranda seating which was very pleasant. It is on the flight path from the airport but with only 2 planes going over that evening it is not an issue. The airport seems to only have about 12 flights per day. It was a shame the pool was closed (mid-September)."

"Absolutely stunning hotel, so clean and quiet, perfect relaxation with the best meal we ate in all our time in Sicily. I couldn’t find any reviews on the pool before we went so I will state that it was perfect too, great temperature and rarely too busy, during the day we had it to ourselves largely. We would love to return and would highly recommend. I’ve never checked in to a hotel before and been given the owner’s phone number! It’s a very special place. "

"I booked this hotel pre Covid lockdown, so when we arrived at the hotel we were informed that their was no on site swimming pool as shown in the pictures....however we were allowed access to a pool a shorgt drive away on an agriturismo that had a wonderful restaurant with delicious food. We had dinner at the restaurant on our last night there. I would recommend the selection of different appetizers! The room was very large with an over sized shower, and very comfortable bed. "Great location and terrace overlooking the sea. The room was quite basic. Breakfast was good. Staff spoke little English but tried to be as helpful as possible. We were offseason and there was good parking available. In season is probably very difficult. Nearby restaurant Pierrot was fantastic."
