"This was a 5 star stay at a 1 star property. This would be a generous 2 star but for the staff. The staff was great and so was breakfast. The property is falling apart. The doors dont close, the keys barely worked the fire alarm was beeping alerts in multiple buildings both nights of our stay. There is no evening food that is close they are horribly inconvenient to get to. Door dash was barely functional. "It was good but the fee for parking is ridiculously high at $40 a night. Having to use your room key to get out of the garage after checking out was frustrating because my key didn’t work. Reparked and went back inside hotel to get it fixed. Tried to leave again and still didn’t work so we were stuck in the parking garage until we could get someone on the exit machine to finally open the gate. Very frustrating. "The fitness room is very small and has very little equipment. Room was lovely -very big and with a desk and sofa. The bed was almost too high for my miniature poodle to jump on but was plenty big for all of us once he got there"
