"Great location, great beach....filthy condo. The floors were so dirty we had to get supplies and clean them ourselves. Our grandsons feet and hands (he walks and crawls still) were black with dirt the first hour we were there. There were blue tape notes on the walls and ceiling where work was needed but not done. The vacuum was so full of grime and dirt that it was unusable. We drove a long way from Dallas to spend a week at the beach so had to put up with it, but if I were you I would not rent...

"Great alternative to large high rises - 2 story property made walks to/from beach with all our stuff very easy and I felt safe allowing the kids to walk back and forth on their own. We were able to leave larger items beneath the property rather than bringing them back upstairs thanks to the low level of public traffic."
