"This unit's location is close to the beach and an easy walk to shops. The unit was good overall. No carpet is always good. The bedroom has a foam mattress which was very firm. So I didn't find it very comfortable. The bedroom could use room darkening or blackout curtains as the window faces the main walkway where there is lighting. The shears just didn't block out the light. The washer and dryer is always nice to have available. We had an issue with cleaning but I notified management so it could be fixed. There are 2 types of coffee machines available which was good to have. The appliances are mis-matched and some older but they all worked. I didn't like the fabric on the sofa as it looked dirty, so we covered it with a sheet. The sofa felt like it needed to be replaced as well. There were plenty of linens for the bathroom. I would suggest some books and games for rainy days although we didn't have any. It's just items I see in other rentals in the same complex. Not a lot of seating in the living area without having to sit at the table. Maybe add a chair where the bench is and use the bench as a coffee table. The wifi was good. Some furniture on the balcony was a little rusty. Maybe change to some that won't rust too fast. This unit is close to the pool, but it didn't seem loud when out on the balcony. The neighbors upstairs were terrible - kids running and jumping off furniture and loud until after midnight. However, that's not something the owner can predict or avoid. "

"Perfect little getaway spot for the family. We had young ones that wanted to be in the pool so this spot was perfect for that. Easy parking, grill and drinks available right by the pool and not packed with noisy people. Highly recommend "

"Beutiful location! Great beach access. Loved coffee on the deck in mornings and drinks on the deck in evening. We came to celebrate daughter's Spring Break from college. Would have been nice if the Kitchen was stocked with a couple of larger pots and skillet. For a group of 6 or more the pots were limited. Also there were no hand towels in bathrooms. Nicities that would make the location extra great. "

"I lucked up and found this place I guess they get sold out a lot as I had been in Pensacola a few weeks prior and didn’t see this place available while I was looking for accommodations. I added them to my favorites list so I will always be on the lookout for them when I come back in town. 10 stars for everything from the check in process to the cleanliness of the cottage and it’s so quiet at night. Thank you for a great stay and I highly recommend this property."
