"Perfect place to stay for a romantic visit to Cornwall. Right by the sea and coast path. A traditional English country pub. Excellent food and a very well stocked bar with local beers, wines and spirits. Quaint, clean rooms with all the amenities. Every staff member we encountered was really friendly and helpful. "Very friendly, helpful staff, EV charger worked, reasonably convenient for the Eden Project. Small single beds for a solo traveller, would have preferred one small double but I guess those are less common in a golf hotel."

"The staff were really friendly and very helpful. Everyone was so welcoming to us and my dog. The room was spacious and warm. The bar was funny, playing Coronation Street on the big TV on Friday night was an unexpected vibe! The pool, sauna and steam room were lovely and warm, clean and inviting. However the changing rooms could do with an update! And no coffee machine working for morning coffees or espresso martinis was gutting! The grounds were lovely with a little woodland walk to take the pup around, and lots of nearby beautiful coastal walks. Being able to see the sea at breakfast was lovely."
