"Nothing to like about. Ripped pillow cases, unrecognizable stains on bedsheets. Broken toilet seat, also unbearable stench. Extremely poor hygiene of service staff. Most of all the owner is a physician and should know better about cleanliness. Did not stay, had to find alternate accommodation at a very high price since it was last minute. My family and I have been using Expedia for a long time for all our travel needs and I have to say that I am disappointed that you guys had something like this...

"Upgraded to their new hotel which was very good, excellent swimming pool though hand rails would help. Annoyingly, for a brand new hotel, you had out of bed to turn the lights off!
