"Nice and quiet, friendly stuff, great food, excellent location."

"Tried to put me in inferior room than the one I booked. After complaint was given a room with safe not working. Third room I was given was an upgrade but the internet worked horribly in all 3 rooms which were in different parts of hotel, different levels. Bed wasnt very comfortable. No way this hotel deserves anything close to the rating it has. One of the rooms the sink was over the toilet making it awkward to use. I arrived at hotel very tired from long trip the check in fiasco took over...

"Výborný personál se vždy přátelským přístupem. Perfektní kuchyně. Trošku problematické s dobíjením elektrokol, ale řešitelné. Jako minus bych označil dražší parkování na hotelovém parkovišti za 120 Kč za noc."

It is important to know that rooms are only cleaned on request. Unfortunately the staff do not speak English or German. A translator is helpful. We felt very welcome."

"Bardzo dobre śniadanie (bufet szwedzki), czysto, miła i profesjonalna osoba w recepcji. Wszystko było OK, jedynie trafiłem tym razem na pokój z utrudnionym dostępem do gniazdka. Musiałem odsuwać szafke z lampą, aby podłączyć ładowarkę telefonu. Ogólnie pobyt bardzo udany."

"A comfortable and well-kept hotel some 50 meters from multiple hiking trails and but a 20 minute walk from the Karpacz downtown. The surroundings are beautiful. A truly perfect place for exercise and relaxation. I conjoined ca. 5 hours of hiking each day with massage treatments in the spa. I opted for half board and found the gastronomy, for both breakfast and dinner, to be of the the highest quality. I'm going back next year."
