"I extended my stay in Ecuador just to stay her 2 evenings. So happy I did! Soaking in the hot springs outside of the room at 3am was divine. I had 3 spa treatments and they were all top! The main volcanic hot springs are super cool and the spa springs are also sweet. Love the jets to massage your back. Definitely a worthwhile visit and will recommend to my friends and hope to be back on day. … cannot fail to mention the Service and Staff are exceptional. "

"The staff is amazing. They are helpful and will do whatever they can to advise on quick and thoughtful matters. The building is aged and has challenges expected for the hotel age. Water is not always hot, walls are thin and rooms are not independently heated. It’s a great stay due to the central location however, there’s major road noise."

"I loved everything about this hotel. It is nearly new, great breakfasts, quiet and attractive inside and out. They communicated with me quickly and clearly when I had questions before my visit. What I liked best was the camaraderie of the team. They act like a close family. Yale really stands out. Great English, always happy to help. She went above and beyond to get my new phone setup when my old one was pickpocketed. Thanks everyone! Be careful! Old town feels very safe, even at night. But...
