"Property is very clean and updated. Owner very available and prompt to address any issues. Enjoyed the stay and hot tub. Property is not close to anything other than beautiful scenery and waterfalls. Cabin sits directly on the main highway but not a lot of traffic. Very nice and friendly people living in the area. Take everything you need because there is no store nearby. Nice getaway from a busy life. "

"The accomodations were perfect for our family of 11 adults and 5 young children, as we gathered from three different locations. If anything, the place is larger than it looks in the photos. Beautiful location, with easy access to the Buffalo River and hiking. Kitchen is well-stocked. Host is super-responsive - both before and during our stay. Highly recommend it!"

"We lost my mom just before Christmas in 2024 & needed to clear our minds and mend our hearts after her passing. She truly loved the Ozarks and this trip was helpful in remembering all of the memories we made with her and in honoring her memory. "My family and i stayed at Linda and Davids property for a relaxation vacation. The neighborhood was perfect, inbetween Harrison and Eureka Springs and just south of Branson. The farm was clean and peaceful. The house and property exceeded all of our expectations! Bathrooms were spacious and clean. The whole house was spotless, I would know with two toddlers, the grass in the yard was soft for little feet. We will be back if ever in the area again! "
