"Nicely remodeled and up to date interiors. Good cell and laptop charging options in the room. Love the microwave and mini-refrig. Great 24 hr coffee machine and filtered water available. Lots of parking, including large spaces for trailers and RVs. Will definitely plan to stay again if we pass thru Flagstaff."

"The reception staff member was excellent, especially working on Dec 25th. A very different story with a different staff member during check-out on Dec 26th. In one of our rooms, there was a problem with a blocked toilet, which someone came to clear (more than once). When checking out, I was expecting an apology, but I faced an indignant staff member who just said "we know". I was very disappointed, especially since I was not going to ask for compensation -- just understanding. Otherwise,...

"A quirky motel with some interesting amenities, such as stargazing telescopes for guests. We got a kick out of the astronaut statue out front, as well as the disco ball and space-y lighting in our room (all can be turned off). There were also bicycles for rent, a nightly fire pit, a heated pool even in January, board games, cool books in the lobby and an on-site restaurant although we didn't get a chance to try it. All within an 8-minute drive to downtown Flagstaff, what's not to love?"
