"Great experience! Picked us up from the airport within 5 minutes of calling. Nice extra touches: greeted us with leis, gave us fruit and juice upon arrival, necklaces when we departed and even gave us a coin to buy a cart at the airport the next day. "We had a wonderful time! The property is tucked in the mountain range with a breathtaking view. The house is decorated with heart and style. Mostly importantly, host Maxim and Agathe are exceptional! "We made reservations in November 2020 for our stay in June 2021. We arrived at the hotel and were turned away by the security guard as it was only housing housing COVID-19 guests. We had to quickly find a new hotel. This was a prepaid hotel stay and after calling the hotel multiple times we have still not received a refund."
