"Located outside the tourist areas in a clean, safe neighborhood that I enjoyed walking through. Calling a Grab was easy and sometimes available before I could get to the ground floor. Several major malls within a 30 minute walk or 10 - 15 minute Grab ride (due to traffic in those areas). Rooms were decent sized though cost possibly a little higher than what might be expected for Philippines. Showers were always hot and service in the hotel very responsive.
