"Birch tower is a great place to stay if you want convenience. There are multiple hosts offering stays in the same building so keep that in mind. I can tell you this host takes hospitality to heart and is very accommodating to guest needs. She has multiple units, mine had a great view of the city skyline!"

"The property does not have breakfast, which i paid for as an option. The property also will not work with clients since they refused to refund the breakfast they did not serve but listed on the listing. The sheets smelled like cigarettes and had stains. The toilets were stained and missing a seat. And the whole bathroom smelled like a sewer. Left after one night and only stayed that long to find a different place to stay."

"I was told I did not have a reservation by the owner. I went to Mezza II condo unit 4123 and was told that my name is not on the reservation. In short it's a scam via VRBO. Please do not click it. Definitely disappointed and bothered by the whole situation. I was very tired and no place to stay that time so I end very depressed looking for a place for the night. "

"We were very pleased with this little place. It is in a nice, gated community. It was very clean, well decorated, and had an in-toilet bidet. There is also a sari-sari store on the property which is nice if you need to buy something and you don't want to go out. Rose was a great host and very accommodating. We highly recommend this place."

"Everything you need is located within this rental. The AC works fabulous- the hot water/bathroom/shower is brand new and works perfectly. The kitchen needs are all available. Fridge, stove, pans, utensils, soap, paper towels- everything needed is available. She even goes the extra step with treats and coffee and coco and etc upon arrival. The only challenge (for us due to our age) is the mattresses are VERY firm- so sleeping was a little difficult due to the hardness of mattress. "

"For some reason I don't know I was given another apt in this complex. So I can't review this room. Other was very nice, everything was like new. But there was no washer. The area is very far out, so if your going to some of the main sites be ready for LONG taxi rides. Tho just sightseeing from them was also fun. But I would stay again.
