So basically it was a very nice place the restaurant I had Lunch and it was Very good staff was very attentive in the restaurant and the front desk even tried to help me extend my flight with my airline. "My fiance and I arrived late in the evening @ 10ish but the receptionist was very wonderful in assisting us with our room.. The property is very nice, well kept and security is on site 24 hrs. Hotel is located one block away from the main street which has restaurants and shopping up and night life down the street. Very nice!"

"My stay at Ramat Luxury Hotel was disappointing, and I cannot recommend this hotel to future guests. The road leading to the property is in terrible condition—our driver damaged his suspension and exhaust trying to reach the hotel. Transport to and from the area was difficult at all times of day, often leaving us waiting by the roadside for up to an hour. The hotel fell short of the luxury it advertised. On arrival, I found ripped sheets, and the fridge wasn’t working until the manager got it...
