"I am writing to formally request a refund for my recent booking at your hotel. Upon arrival, I went to view the room and was extremely disappointed to find a cockroach crawling around. This raised immediate concerns about the hygiene and cleanliness of the premises. The person showing the room attempted to address the situation by killing the insect, but unfortunately, this only confirmed the unsanitary conditions. Due to this, we made the decision not to stay at the hotel and left the premises immediately. As we did not utilize the room or any of the hotel’s services, I believe a full refund is warranted under the circumstances. Please let me know the next steps for processing this refund. "The apartment was clean and the amenities were up to standard and very modern. Did not stay long but I plan on staying longer next time. "

So basically it was a very nice place the restaurant I had Lunch and it was Very good staff was very attentive in the restaurant and the front desk even tried to help me extend my flight with my airline. I didn't expect this and she did it without even asking me. My room was a bit close to the pool and they were having a little music and I just wanted to sleep early. I called the front desk they quickly switched my room sent someone to bring my things to another room. Very attentive I would stay again longer to enjoy the facilities."
