"WOW! This is an incredible hotel with 5 star service. Caesar took care of us during our stay. His attention to detail and customer service is fantastic. The rooms are designed with such detail and thought. It is obvious that a great deal of planning went into every room. The common areas are wonderful. 4 o'clock coffee was delightful while we overlooked the Koi pond. The hotel is set up with many interesting rooms, it's like a museum with art from all over the world. "I was told to call 24 hours in advance, and the lady that answered said we did not have a reservation and she spoke very good English, and this was two phone calls one by me and one by my friend who is Panamanian. She said she had not dealt with Hotels.com since Covid, I booked another place not through hotels.com You refused to publish my review… and that is wrong wrong wrong. There are very few in-room amenities (maybe I missed that in description): no coffeemaker, no iron available at all -literally have to contact housekeeping and they will pickup and iron items for you.
