"My room was very nice BUT I requested a top floor on booking, and got a 1st floor instead. My biggest disappointment!! Putting on the television was very confusing. I was only able to look at tv twice, during my week stay...good job I'm not fussy over tv but it was the only thing to do. The staff were very nice. I will stay at the property again but only if my request for a top floor is honored. "

"Nice new property. Helpful staff. Nice pool area. Close to the beach. Wish the gym was bigger with larger free weight options and a better cable machine. Also wish room came with at least 4 large bath towels versus just the 2. Otherwise very nice overall."

"Latoya at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. All the staff were engaging and friendly. Great communication from the hotel leading up to arrival. Hotel is located near so many restaurants, bars, and a beautiful beach. The property is older and in a busy area, so expect some normal wear and traffic noises. We definitely enjoyed staying for a night but might choose a quieter location for a longer stay."
