"Everything was great but I realised (too late) that there was no shampoo or shower gel! So probably my fault for not paying attention?! I normally bring my own but I forgot. All staff were totally professional, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent; toast, cereal, fruit juice, tea or coffee and full English, vegetarian etc are all available if you would like. And the restaurant food was amazing! Well worth a visit! Thank you to everyone who works there, you do a wonderful job!"

"Photos on website look great, but it is not like that inside. Bathroom tiles need regrouted, silicon seal old and tired with pink mould visible, windows faulty, paint peeling from roof and window ledge. The hotel requires a major revamp."
