"Kind staff who let us store our luggage after check out until our train in the afternoon. Clean rooms, nicely furnished. Location along the river was pretty!"

"This hotel surprised me. I wasn’t expecting much. But the room was spacious and the bathroom facilities were good. The bed was a little firm for my liking and the pillow was firm as well. Even on the lowest fan setting, the HVAC was blowing a little hard. But the breakfast provided was very good, the tram station was just across the street, and the Peace Memorial was a short walk away. I would consider this hotel again if we ever make it back to this great city. "

"It was really good. The hotel staff are very welcoming, for a hotel it’s really good. The room is smaller than what you would get in another country, but it does the job just as fine. Overall, smooth experience, clean hotel, and friendly staff. "

"Great hotel. Great Service. The breakfast was delicious (and we are vegetarian). Also enjoyed the onsen every night. The shuttle bus to and from the train stop was great also. "

"Hotel had a lovely onsen. Breakfast was good. Room size better than some hotels we’ve stayed at through Japan. Hotel was not as clean as others we’ve stayed at (rug stains in room and halls) Staff was less able to help us figure out transportation than other Japan hotels we stayed at. Overall still good value "

"The rooms are a little tired, but perfectly usable. However, the HUGE bonus with this hotel is the view over Hiroshima Peace Park. If your room faces that way, then throw open the curtains and enjoy the view. Then if your room doesn't face the right way, when you go for breakfast... the view is stunning! (the breakfast is really good as well! 😊)"
